Ed Stevenson has been in the Real Estate in North Idaho for seven years, and he understands all facets of the home buying process. He has expertise in resale and new construction and in 2018 sold and closed over forty homes in North Idaho.

Prior to his Real Estate career, Ed spent over 20 years as an executive in the software consulting industry and prior to returning to North Idaho a few years ago. He spent many years filling key roles with industry leaders such as General Electric, Wipro, Keane, and Sapient. Throughout his career he received numerous awards for; Manager of the Year in multiple years, Outstanding Achievement for Fiscal Management, and Outstanding Achievement in Business Development. Customers have said the key to his accomplishments is a single-minded focus on their success. He is known for treating his clients as business partners, and by doing so, he earned the respect of customers spanning multiple industries including; Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media, and Entertainment.

He was born in Leadville, Colorado, which is referred to as the two-mile-high city sitting at 10,252 feet. He grew up in the Inland Northwest where he attended college and majored in Business and Photography. Before graduation, he was sought after by a large multi-national firm and since then he has spent time in Alaska, Southern California and Seattle before settling in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.
